□Master,Doctor Course

▷ Automation in Construction

The purpose of the course is to cultivate students' ability to select the right equipment and construction method and management ability through education on the managerial aspect and operational characteristics of equipment and related construction methods. In addition, lectures are given on automation equipment and technology to improve productivity, safety, and quality of construction work.

▷ Construction informatization (Computer Application in Construction)

It lectures on information technology used in construction and other civil engineering fields to cultivate the ability to cope with the rapidly changing information age as a civil engineer.

▷ Civil Infrastructure Construction

The recent construction environment is a multi-faceted approach to sustainable global environmental management based on optimization thinking and development of new environmentally friendly construction technologies for construction engineers to reasonably cope with uncertain future situations, expansion of R&D, and informatization, cutting-edge, differentiation, and specialization. Due to the expansion of demand, it is becoming more diverse and complex. Therefore, in this lecture, construction technology and technician's business environment analysis mind, technology optimization application method, and direction to create future value as a professional manager are lectured.

▷ Risk Management & Decision Making

Students learn decision-making methods for efficient execution of construction projects and management methods for risk factors that must be considered during construction projects, and select and analyze target projects so that these techniques can be applied in practice. In addition, major lectures include decision-making techniques, available costs, project evaluation and selection, computer S/W practice, simulation, sensitivity analysis, and portfolio theory.

▷ Value Engineering & LCC (Value Engineering & Life Cycle Cost)

Lectures on essential concepts for value engineering, such as basic concepts and detailed techniques for value enhancement, systematic job plans, measurement decision-making techniques, AHP techniques, and quality models. In addition, economic analysis techniques essential for value engineering and alternative analysis methods based on LCC (Life Cycle Cost) calculation are explained, and in parallel, major factors related to economic analysis are lectured.

▷ Construction Productivity

Lectures on the concept of construction productivity, consideration of domestic and international cases, and lectures on automation technology to improve productivity, safety, and quality of construction projects.

▷ Construction Planning and Scheduling

Lectures on construction process management techniques, one of the very important element technologies of construction management, establishment of construction budgets, and cost control techniques for responding to budgetary changes that occur as construction progresses. The theoretical concepts essential to the establishment and management of the construction process are lectured, and advanced process management techniques such as Time-Cost Trade-off and Multi-Project Scheduling are also discussed.
